We offer consultations and follow up care through a monthly membership that gives you more time with your doctor, the ability to communicate with your care team on a regular basis through text or email, and same-day or next-day appointments as needed.

In addition, to help meet the needs of our community, we are now offering Urgent Care visits.

We offer membership-based primary care for all genders and all ages. We have special interests in sexual health, mental health, and fitness/nutrition as well. You can get all your primary care and urgent care appointments (unlimited appointments) with us for a low monthly cost of $125/month!

We do not bill third-party insurances. Though we recommend all patients have health insurance, we do not require you to have insurance in order to sign up for our membership. If you have insurance, you may choose to have any outside facility bill your insurance for labs or imaging ordered. If you have insurance, you may choose to have an outside pharmacy bill your insurance for any prescribed medications. We are not an insurance company. If you do not have insurance we will do our best to order only necessary labs, imaging, and prescription medications in the most affordable way possible.
